No wind and a clear blue sky so it was off to the hills for me and a big 14 mile walk from Pennal, along to Happy Valley, up the Roman Road, then in to Trum Gelli, up to the Tarren memorial, up to the top of Tarrenhendre and then down into the Bryn Eglwys valley and Pont Llaeron. From there it was back up over the top and down into Pennal.

Perfect weather, loads of realy good views to Snowdonia and the Dyfi Valley, found 2 geocaches, 1 SOTA cache and hid a geocache too. My boots were killing me most of the way though.
